They are as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In cases of medical necessity the attendance may be condoned to 65% but only once.<\/li>\n<li> Attendance shall be marked at the beginning of class by the Class teacher.<\/li>\n<li>Students shall occupy their seats before attendance is taken. Late comers can enter the classroom only with the permission of the Principal.<\/li>\n<li>Absence of two periods a day shall be considered an absence for a whole day, and absence of one period for half day.<\/li>\n<li> Application for leave should be forwarded to the Principal through the class teacher. It should be countersigned by the parent or guardian.<\/li>\n<li>Application for leave should be made in advance or on the very day of return.<\/li>\n<li>Disciplinary action will be initiated against those who repeatedly absent without sufficient reason<\/li>\n<li>A student absenting himself without leave for more than 15 consecutive working days will have his\/her name removed from the roles and he\/she will have to pay all School fees due before he\/she is readmitted.<\/li>\n<li>The responsibility of making sure that he\/she has the required attendance rests only with the student.<\/li>\n<li> Compliance with these rules makes a student eligible to appear for the End Semester Examination.\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The School has set the regulations for attendance in accordance with the rules issued by the School.
